The second part of God's Great Commandment to His people:  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  Jesus told His disciples that whenever they engage in acts of love and charity toward other people, it is as if they were doing those things for God.  At Hope, we strive to not only donate funds to charitable services, but also to engage ourselves physically in service to others.
Hope donated funds to The Wounded Warriors Project.  WWP is a onprofit organization that works to raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women, to help severely injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs.

Hope helps at Horizons!
Hope helps staff the Horizons Soup Kitchen on the third Thursday of each month.  While it is great to provide for the physical needs of others, we are especially excited to be helping meet the spiritual needs of others in our community.
Hope donated funds to GLOBAL H2OPE, a non-profit organization that specializes in clean water & well drilling in Haiti.
Hope donated funds to World Vision, a Christian relief, development, & advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, & communities to overcome poverty & injustice.
Hope donated funds to Camp Callahan, a local camp for physically & mentally disabled children & adults.
Hope donated funds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Illinois, a youth-mentoring non-profit service organization that provides ongoing supportive services to children in need of a mentor.
